Default Problem w/ ARP stud removal

Any one have a problem removing the studs???? I'm having a bitch of a time removing 2 of the little studs. I've already twisted 2 socket tips and I'm afraid to strip out the tip of the stud and never get it out. What do you guys use????

Not sure which type studs you are talking about, but I had to grind two sides flat on an ARP header stud and twist it with pliers once to get one out. Did you use assembly lube when you installed them?
