o2 sensors that rattle

Default o2 sensors that rattle

Ive always heard a rattle not really noticible with the radio on during the day time but at night if i have the radio low its kind of anoying... I found out when my long tubes were installed that it was the o2 sensors where the wire meets the sensor is loose but all 4 of them are like that has anyone else noticed this or am i jsut crazy lol ?

Its a GM problem. Nothing you can really do to fix it besides buy new ones. Its not where the wire meets the sensor, that just seems like it. Its the element inside of it. Pull one out and shake it you'll hear it.

mine are like that and that little piece of ceramic inside shouldnt be shaking, there pretty fragile

The problem is actually a metal piece on the bottom of the O2 where the wire meets the sensor. You can twist it with your fingers. I use a little ATV around it to keep it from rattling.
