My belt squeeks more than it should. i examined the belt and it doesnt seem to be rotting or cracking so i am wondering what bolt to tighting down on to pull that belt alittle tighter

Which belt? There's a separate one for the AC compressor. Both are on tensioners and don't require adjustment. Maybe the bearings in one is going bad or an accessory is making noise?

The tensioners are spring loaded and self adjusting. I would look somewhere else also.
