Loud thump, at a loss

Loud thump, at a loss The weirdest thing happened this morning. I started the car, and immediately after firing up, I heard a loud thump from the middle of the car, on the passenger's side. Got out of the car, looked underneath it and everything seemed normal.
I drove probably 50 miles today and no problems. On subsequent startups, no thump heard.
I had weld-in SFC's installed yesterday, but I can't imagine they would make a loud thump like that at startup. Plus, if there was something wrong with them, I would have noticed it during driving.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe an animal was under my car, and when I started it up, it jumped, hit underneath my car and took off lol. No blood or fur visible where I parked.

Sounds like it may ahve been the motor rocking on start up...
