Were you able to get it off? My idler pulley is squeaking like hell so I bought a new pulley (which turned out to be the wrong part) but couldn't get the bolt off (T50 btw). Also, if you got a new pulley, could you share the part number with me?

I've just provided several posts about this problem - the car parts places and the dealership I dealt with only seem to have the maindrive pulley, which is too big. The dimension of the AC pulley are roughly 64mm by 20mm, where the maindrive pulleys are 76mm by 29.5mm.

I used a torx 45 bit - a little small, but worked numerous times taking off the pulley. I ended up taking both AC pulleys apart and repacking with wheel bearing grease. still a little squeal, but not as bad as before - my bearings might be shot from driving around with the sqeal for months.
