Default Squeak after car has been sitting

It sounds like rubber is rubbing against something, and it makes a deep squeak noise when turning, and a tiny bit during take off. Then it goes away.

Ball joints ? My only guess, is that they need to be greased / lubed.

Any thoughts?

Unless you have aftermarket stuff, the OEM stuff takes no greese.
