Ok i have always kinda had this problem but now its alot more noticeable since i took off my muffler. It doesnt always make this noise just most of the time. The sound is like a grinding noise that happens mostly when i slow down and put on the brakes. The rattling is i think coming from like where the headers and exhaust meet. But not for sure but around that area. And the noise sometimes happens when the car is in park.
Anybody know what that grinding noise is?

have you checked your heat shields? Sometimes they get loose and rattle. They would be located right where the headers come down...on both sides by the doors. I believe they are 7mm?

My buddy left is on, i removed mine when i did the headers.
