There may be an intermittent problem, or the O2 sensor is slow to react, or or it could be that the heating element has failed or is failing. Was it cold out this morning?

Either way, scan it again to see if the code is stored or if there is anything else but not turning on the dash light.

To my knowledge, yes.
The O2 sensors on the f-body (and probably all newer cars) have heating elements to get them up to temp quickly on cold days. At least that's what I've been told. I figured that the exhaust gas would be enough for that, but I guess not.

Change the 02 sensor and you'll be fine. Bad 02's.....OR.....FAILING 02's do not always show an SES code. Get an OBDII scan and it'll tell you if they are working properly or on their way out. They don't always just fail 100%, they can fail over a period of time, like weeks or months.

Everyone thinks it's bad gas at first, and maybe it was, but after going through a tank of gas and refilling, if its still acting up, its not the gas. Its not a bad fuel filter either if you got that code.

Get real, genuine AC DELCO 02's also, Bosch are crap.

Get them here for the same price as the Bosch, real, brand new, AC DELCO.
