I do have a tick... I took it for being a exhaust leak...... Now u got me wondering if its the valves, it sounds to be on the drivers side... which has two of cylinders misfiring.

Im having the same problem but my car is running extremely rich in 2 weeks my brand new o2s went solid black and all my plugs have black on them, did the timing light trick cleaned MAF where do most people buy a fuel pressure regulator ill just turn my pressure down and see if that helps? and is it possibly for the coil packs to be bad but send a signal that the timing light reads and it did a good steady flash.
And I dont really wanna throw more parts at it for them just to go bad like these did in 2 weeks any sugestions. Im gonna pull my MAP sensor off and make sure its clean but other then that I have check most of it all.

As far as I know, one bad O2 can cause problems for the entire side (bank) it's on.

Well it looks like I fixed it!!!! I went and got the Bosch 13111's from the down stream of a vette and replaced them. No misfire, no surging and no damn oxygen codes... Seemed alittle stronger too.... THX GUYS finally get to enjoy the car without the SES going nuts

Nice..looks like I'm about to do this myself, I'm having the same problem. Did you find out what the tick was? I have one too and I also think it's an exhaust leak, but I'm not sure.

Ya my bet is exhaust leak aswell. I guess I should try retighning the headers and exhaust clamps.
It did die a twice yesterday after it had sat 3hrs when I would let says back out of a spot it would die when I hit the brakes or when I would come to a stop sign... This last for the first few minutes. According to my fuel pressure tester its strong and I changed fuel filters already. But no misfire crap or O2's codes...

Yes, I drove it all all weekend and it ran fine. I have long tubes, 3" pipes into a offroad pipe and no rear cats. I have O2 sims on the back. So for the front O2's buy the rear corvette O2 sensors, Bosch Part # 13111.. Install, reset ECM... Done.

I just did NGK TR55 plugs (.050), GM LS6 wires and Bosch 13111 O2's and the car runs like a champ now.

Yeah I'm so happy I didn't have to touch the coil packs or injectors!

I had a similar problem, I had a random missfire, turned out to be a bent/broken pushrod. =(
