Default Door Problem

I have an 02 firebird and the door skin has came loose. I have been researching online for like a month now and asked everyoen around here I know and no one knows anything to use to seal it back or anyyway to fix it. Anyone know the sealant used since it is like a plastic or fiberglass door skin or w/e our cars come w/ all the body shops around here say they have no idea. The door also likes maybe a few centimeters (just enough where you can tell) will not close all the way but thats been that way since I bought it. Any help would be great

Yeah the outside skin has seperated no pics yet though. Its just the outer part of the door and its the part near the fender. It use to come out so far that I couldn't open the door b/c the skin would hit the fender

I had that happen on my 95... close to the door handle.. And I took some epoxy and some spring clamps... using some rags to cusion the clamps... worked 4 years now..

I'm pretty sure that they are just glued on somehow for the most part..

I found some adhesive to fix our doors finally lol. Its an SEM door skin and something adhesive its like door skin and CMC or some weird letters theres also an SEM called SEM non sag door adhesive or something i forgot the specific names. They come in like a dual caulkin type tube it requires a special caulkin gun b/c it has two tubes but i just broke mine open and mixed lol. Its like 40 dollars for a thing but you have aenough in that one thing to do like 15 cars and it is so worth it I mean it hols AWESOME its just rly messy so be careful thought ya might like the information i know it is a stressful problem
