harmonic sound is confusing me!
I know that my 'vert top has some shakes to it but this is a totally different sound. When I start to really listen it appears to be coming from the front driver side (engine bay). I look around in there and I can't see ANYTHING that is rubbing, loose, or has fallen off. I'm completely baffled.

Sitting still or rolling? Idle or revving? What is the pitch like?
Continuous tone or chirped?
Also is it "heavy" or "sharp"? Like spark plug wire tick is
sharp and half engine speed, so very low frequency; something
that's torque-ripple-driven is 8X engine speed, so a low-mid audio
note (like sheet metal squeaks driven by motor vibration).
Thinking about these aspects may help you narrow down the
material and the stimulus at least.

I might have to check the plugs, I am misfiring so I'm not sure if something is up with the plugs/wires.
Thanks for the help
