is my car normal?
The other day my friend was following me in the car and he said there was quite a bit of water coming out of my exhaust. I've noticed small amounts of water on the exhaust tip when i've got out of the car in the past, especially after coming home on the freeway but never thought twice about it. Is this a common thing? Or is there something wrong with my engine or exhaust

Assuming a 100% efficient reaction, when a hyrdocarbon like gasoline burns, the only by-products are water and carbon dioxide. So unless the "water" coming out of your exhaust smells like antifreeze, your car is in great shape. It's because you're in cold Canukistan that the water condenses as a liquid when it hits the air rather than staying an invisible vapour.

Cold weather = moister + exhaust pipes = dripy dripy!
