Ive had 3 F-Bodys of mine do it...best way to tell if its the alt. (which it usually is) is let the car run, and just unplug the alt. If the lights stop actin funny ya know what it is

I had this problem and it drove me crazy, Replaced the battery and Alternator did not help it ended up being the exciter wire (Wire that runs from the alternator to the PCM) check that connector and wire. Mine was doing the same would run fine but after running a while the voltage droped.
