Install is easy and comes with directions - I ran the wire into the car through the grommet under the PCM - disconnect the battery before removing it.

like he said it is really simple. The hardest part is finding out where to mount the switch but I had a spot picked out for it before I started. When I did my M6 swap my center console didn't have an ashtray cover so I made a plate to cover it and have it mounted there. a really nice spot is on the driver's seat next to the seat controls, hidden and looks stock if done right. I ran it through that same grommet nbmz28 mentioned but I recommend using some rtv to seal it up nicely afterwards since I've had leakage problems when I ran my amp power wire through there.

was going to use an extra oem swich but it has a 3 way switch. soo im guessing its not possibol.

Here's a picture of mine
I traced either a nickle or dime with a pencil to get the correct diameter hole the directions call for (measure them first). I then used a dremel to cut the hole out.
It's a very easy install and very straight forward. The switch really helps with engine temps during the summer.
