Default bad bearing?

I just bought my 01 z28 last monday. everything has been fine, I was driving up to phoenix to see my parents.I started hearing this noise from the rear diver side. I got out and made sure the wheel was tight and it was. it sounds like I have a flat spot, but there newer tires. in the morning I will swap the rims/tires from front to rear and see if the noise goes away. I was doing some searching and I'm not sure if the noise is a bad wheel bearing or something else. I didn;t hear the noise till today when I was on the freeway. I was hoping there was something I can do to see where the noise is coming from. when I searched I saw one guy say he did both wheel bearings and it was a problem with the pinion.

any help would be great.

If you're concerned about the bearing, you should take them apart and inspect them. If the bearing surfaces look good, clean and repack them. Otherwise, replace as needed.

After driving it feel the wheel and compare it to the other one. If it's hotter that's agood indication it's something specific to that wheel. Possibly a bearing or maybe a caliper dragging.
