Power Steering Pump

Where can i buy one? What brand should i buy and how much are they? Oh yea this is for an 01 SS

I like these guys. There's always Autozone, but their price isn't nearly as good.

PS work does require a little bit of expertise. Space is tight and you'll need some kind of puller.

Do yourself a favor and dont get rebuilt garbage, I bought a napa rebuilt im on my second one, first one got warrentied, and now the second rebuilt one leaks like a bitch but no warrenty left, should have bought a brand new one from GM

Well ordered the turn one pump and the pulley last night and it should be on the way soon. I wonder how long it is going to take it to get to Germany?

Well i have my turn one pump in and with the pulley. I know what i will be doing this weekend. Does any one know how hard it is to install or anything i should be watching out for on the install?

The pump is in a very tight spot. I had had to remove one of the bolts from undernieth the car. Ratchet wrenches will make it alot easier and you'll need a puller.

I guess the auto hobby ahop will have one of those pullers. Can i use the same belt? I bought the turn one pump with the pulley but it is not installed on the pump.

go with a nice power steering cooler too! i have one on my stock pump! and it makes a big differance, no stupid noises and the power steering fluid is still clear in color!! amazing
