what does InOP mean?

radio has been on lock for like 2 weeks now entered a code on it yesterday and the screen went from loc to InOP.What the hell is that?

If its anything like my other car you have a certain number of chances to put the code in. If you mess it up the radio will lock and have to be reset by the dealer. Its a PITA. My other car has done it several times. It hasnt worked in months b/c the battery was dead for a while. oh well

If it's the Monsoon it means wrong code entered several times, you have to wait 1 hour with the key on before trying again. See the Monsoon FAQ sticky at the top of the stereo/electronics section.
