Back From Storage What To Chgange
Car Has Been Down For A Year And I Dint Bake Any Storage Preperations Before Putting It Away

Yep, oil and filter change is definately in order.....
How much fuel is in the car? If you are less that a quarter tank I would just fill it with 93 octane and throw a thing of octane booster in it and hope for the best. If you are more than a quarter tank I would drain all the gas you can out . After a year I'm sure you won't want to run that.
I'd change the plugs, check the wires, tire pressure, check the airfilter, get a coolant flush and a tranny flush.
When you check the airfilter, pull the lid and TB off and make sure a mouse hasn't made that their new home before you just fire up your engine.
That's all I can think of for now
