When leaving a little fast from a dead stop, I hear a big knock noise. It sounds like it is coming from the rear but I think I can feel it by the tranny. It only happens in first gear. It doesn't happen when the car shifts, unless it is at liek 3000 rpm or higher. The car does not do it in other gears or I jsut don't hear/feel it. I also hear a rattling noise formt he car which sounds liek it is comign from the right side of the car. Seems louder when it is cold. any help would be appreciated.

Check your torque arm bolts. my guess is something is a little loose.

To help anyone in the future who uses the search form,It was a broken Tranny mount.

That was my guess, I broke my tranny mount several times at the track!
