Oil

Can some ones help me find the forums on the motor oil used on f body?

Studies people have done?
Why people use a center oil?
Proof which it better ?

Which is used the most? etc etc

I know this subject has been beaten to dead but i would like to read all the forums on it

any links would help

did you do a search? alot of people run mobil 1 5w-30. i personally run castrol syntec 5w-40 on my car!!
