How much money have you guys put into your car to make it FAST?

I have a 1995 Z28 LT1 M6. My car is stock and I would like to know how much horsepower can $4000 bucks give me. My goal is 350rwhp...Can I achieve this goal of mine for $4000 grand?

if you could get a good deal on an LS1 or LQ4 or LQ9 6.0 from a truck/suv, get one and cam it while its on a stand and do the swap! that'll net you around 4k and 350rwhp.
