Alright Guys Im Stumped! Alright to explain the problem as well as i can without actually feeling it in the car. Under initial stress when taking off, from a dead stop its the worst, but it also does it in 2nd and 3rd, if im giving a modest amount of throttle but not full something starts popping. Now its not real bad but it just pops and feels as if my drive line is hitting the exhaust or something, but i checked and thats not it. So help me out. First i thought it was wheel hop (which im really not sure how that feels) then i was convinced my clutch was shot so i swaped the clutch, slave and master. When the problem still wasn't fixed i then turned to my rear end. Its not that either. Now the only thing i can think it would be is a broken motor mount.
Please try and help me get this one figured out every idea will be looked into. Thanks

Does it make a sound during normal driving or just under load? Since it is not in the drive line it might be a possible misfire. I have experienced this type of noise at my shop, but it was w/ a 4.6l ford. If this helps cool. If not, then I might sound a little crazy.
are u throwing any codes?? just mak sure its not a misfire! that sure sounds like a misfire! and do u still have egr? maybe it could be the o ring on the egr to the intake! if its a broken motor mount, see how much ur chifter moves! if it moves very excessivly, it could be either motor mount or tranny mount!
+1 on that dude! im trying to trace my cylinder #4 misfire and that sucker only threw a code only once and it went away by itself i guess when the misfire was corrected! i still cant find the problem tho! u can also have a clogged injector!
