Default How does this plug look?

How does this plug look to you guys. I know its not the best quality picture but it was tough so close. It has about 30k on it.

What does it gap at with a feeler gauge? Thats the determining factor.

That gap is about .062-.061. They were the TR55's gapped at .055 when I bought them.

looks just fine to me. I pulled out my original AC delco plugs at 120k miles and they looked just like that, except the tip was a lot smaller, the gap was more like .70.75. Looks normal to me from what i can see.

well i dont know about you guys but i had no oil wat so ever on any of my threads on my plugs!! but on this other car we have, it had oil on the threads on the plugs and the car had 160,000 miles we were told it was worn rings!

I think the oil on the threads comes from slight leaks at the valve cover gaskets or from dirt and water that works its wat into the threads.

I also have some oil on my threads usually too.

original ac delco plugs? my car came stock with densol plugs. which are not cheap by anymeans heh

Yeah my car is a 98, not sure when denso became stock. The part# on the plugs are 41-931 and are no longer made by ACDelco, they were replaced by the ACDelco iridium plugs, dont have part number off hand sorry.
