Default Horn Question

My horn sounds pretty weak suddenly. Sounds like either the high or the low horn isnt working. Are there 2 separate horns (high, Low) or just one with a high and low built in ?

I already tried to clean out the horn, that is how I found this broken wire / tub

Also, i found a cut wire, which is hollow only air travels through. Did that connect to the horn ? I followed it back and it tucks into the wiring harness and runs back up towards the PCM then goes into a splitter with 2 other like wires that are hollow. What is this ? Is this part of the horn ? Anyone have a part number so i can replace this ?

Thanks

yes there are 2 horns, they are right behind the pass turn signal. One may be dead, test it out

horns have an adjustment screw. turning it in/out will change the horns sound, or even make it stop/start working.

Make sure the horns are pointing down. Mine came from the factory wrong and it went through quite a few before I got it right.

The empty wires are vacuum tubes.
