HPTuners

F-Bodes were limited to 162, but can easily be changed. I have no need to change mine.

And how many times have you gone over 162???

I'm in L.A., so the max I can do on any given day is about 20 mph!!!!!

Either a hand held tuner can do it or if you go to a shop and get your car tuned you can have them do it.

Only if it came with Z rated tires, if not it was limited to 118.

Until that one day you really need to go 163 mph, and then you'll be screwed.

Once and as ironic as it sounds I ended up wrecking the car on a different occassion and it had nothing to do with speeding. I managed to hit the rev limiter in 5th gear in my 2002 WS6 on the interstate.

My 2000 SS speed limiter is still at 162. I have no need for it to be that high either, but it should trap in the 130's this racing season.
