Default Visor Mirror Cracked...What to do?

My driver's side visor mirror has been cracked since I bought the car, and it is starting to **** me off. The dealership wants a shitload of money for a new one, and I heard you can't just replace the mirror (so I've heard). I was wondering what you guys recommend I do...?

I imagine that buying a used visor would be the best way to go, but does anyone know of someone selling a used grey driver's side visor??

I am almost in that same market, I need a passenger visor to replace its cracked mirror. And my drivers visor just fell out on me a few months ago. Have yet to figure out what I am going to do to replace that.

You could also check with some local salvage yards. Not sure on the costs, but you'd dodge the shipping charges.
