Turn signals and headlights dont work???Gauges cause problem?

Turn signals and headlights dont work???Gauges cause problem? ok i keep replacing the front turn signals but they keep going out they last a week or two.
Also i have a front passenger side headlightthat doesnt work. I replaced all 4 headlights and this one still wont work. I even put the headlight that wont turn on to the driver saide and it works. so i know i have good bulbs.
What could be wrong?
Also i have gauges in my car and the power supply for them is my light switch so when i turn on my lights the gauges come on. could this be causing something?

turn signals are likely corroded. Best thing to do is to replace both the sockets(do a search, they run like $10 a socket online) and then drill a hole or 2 in the turn signal housing to allow for drainage.
As for headlight... no clue
