what does this sound like? spun bearing

well when I idle it sounds like rocks in a barrel and if you give gas a little it goes louder and I feel vibration but when you put it any gear it smooths out and no vibration the engine feels strong, will the flywheel bolts do that?
when it cold it sound great once it warm up then you hear it.
I had the tranny rebuilt about 1300miles ago.

loose flywheel bolts, cracked flywheel; pull the starter and look at the teeth on both ends. Turn the motor over and check the flywheel and bolts.

when its cold you don't hear it but once it warms up then you start to hear it.
could it be spun bearing? or something in the motor
