Check the ENG SEN fuse, I bet it's blown. The MAF, skip shift and reverse lockout are all on that circuit - along with the 02's. If you have headers look for a burnt/arcing 02 sensor wire.

omg, I wish I would have found this thread 6 months ago. I just figured it out. I now have to check my o2 sensor wire, hopefully that's why my car is running lean and hot. At least I think it's running lean. It pops and runs really bad. Some baody chime in if you have any more info. I'm going to put my car on a hoist tomorrow to see if the wire is arcing somewhere. It's very possible considering I manually did the extension and taped them along the frame like an idiot because I was lazy. Man...I hope this is it. My car has been running like sh** for a while and I can't sell it or drive it to enjoy it.
