Default only one side fires..

ok guys ive been messing with my car for the longest time, since i put the h/c in.. well before it would crank over and i got it to idle couple times and when i pulled some of the plugs from the driver side of the motor, they re clean.. then i pulled some on the passenger side and it was covered in black carbon.. i switched coil pack harnesses and it still does the same, and i even checked the grounds on the back of the head.. does anyone hav any idea what could be the problem.. i know she's needs a tune cuz shes an a4 but im out of ideas on what to chek..

Well what I'd do is first check the main plug that give your coils power, make shure its pluged in all the way.
