I live in maryland, and iv had my car for about a year now, no front plate and havnt gotten much fuss about it, its a 60 dollar fine and md's slow *** court system, once u get the fix it ticket u can leave it off for a good 6 months befor going in to show u got it fixed, because they can not give u another ticket if you have one pending. there for, go as long as you can without one, if u get pulled over, go as long as u can, put it on for 1 day, pay the 60 bucks, take it off and repeat lol

Same as it was when i bought it except 50k more miles. I've avoided getting bit by the mod bug somehow, probably because I don't have the extra money. Though this weekend I did mod my starter by scraping the crud off the starter/solenoid terminals for a 300 rwhp increase

Ive not had a front plate on my car in MD for the past 2 years. From my personal experience, if you dont bring unnecessary attention to you, then you will be left alone for the most part. Plus I always rehearse, "well I just had the front painted and need to get a new license plate bracket!"

of corse after i post that post i get pulled over for it he gave me a warning and said if you don't drive it much you might be ok but he probably wont pull me over again. so does anyone know if the front plate bracket mount needs to have holes drilled in the front of the bumper or does it mount from underneath.

you screw it right in to the underside of your bumper worked out good for me it looks BETTER than a regular bracket and it covered up a nasty scratch i had from taking a nose dive

I live in Lincoln,NE I have no front liscene plate, 5% tint, no cats or mufflers with LT's, blad tires and I have NEVER EVER even got close to getting into trouble. I would risk it man.

Now I haven't put it on yet. Still have it in the box and after I popped the cover off I don't think I need it. I think the mounts are there but didn't try it. I plan on leaving it in the hatch area until I get pulled over. Then explain how I have it in the back after having the front painted and haven't gotten it riveted on.

I live in Maryland too and got a ticket for no front tag about a month after I got the car. I went out and got the bracket and put it on, and never though about it again. I personally think the car looks fine with the barcket installed. I say just put it on ad forget about it, just like I did.
