I also have a perfectly good one that I replaced when it turned out I needed brake pads. The bearing and hub assembly is a sealed unit that dosen't normally go bad. You don't have separate wheel bearings like in older cars. They are very easy to change, just 4 bolts, no greasing, just take the old one off and put the new one on. Just remove the wheel and rotor and it's right there, pretty self-explanatory. But look for a different cause of the noise before you change them.

yea my dad told me had the same problem he had on his gm but it was the little metal plates that go before the brake pads on the caliper and that was rubbing on the rotor so im taken them off see what happens

grab your tire at 12 and 6 and if shake top to bottom if the wheel has a lot of play you could have a bad wheel hub

rear rotors aren't really any more difficult than fronts.

Keep the rotors you have. Just flip the pad and go.

I was having the same problem as you. It turned out it was my rear brake pads. When I went to change them the inner pad had the wear indicator bent backwards. Also had to replace my rotors because of it. I bought my car from the stealership and assume they did it. I wouldnt put anything past them if thats who you bought your car from
