turn signal prob....

Just had my car inspected and when I went the left turn signal was messed up. The front light would not be on at all or it would appear to be on but not flashing. the rear though was flashing fine when the front light was still on.

I noticed with close inspection that when the light is on in front it is trying to flash b/c it was getting a little brighter and then dimming at the rate it should have been flashing.

anybody have any idea what this would be?

dirty connection... your bulb isn't getting the voltage it needs. Take the bulb out and check the contacts. You'll probably need to clean the socket and the bulb connections.
