Help with Clunking Sound after backing up

Help with Clunking Sound after backing up I need help finding a clunking noise I've started to get after backing it. It does not make this noise everytime I back up, but more times than not.
Here's what I do when I hear the noise. I put car in reverse, back out under power, push in clutch and go to neutral, While in neutral, I apply the brakes and once I stop is when I hear the clunk. It feels like it's under the left rear passenger seat.
Anyone had this before or can give me any details before I go on a wild goose chase tightening up everything and chaning out the brakes?
