I have had my plugs for about 3 years and about 20K last summer i hada cam put in and all that jazz, The engine shakes, but it seems to be shaking more than normal. I also feel a slight loss of power, Think it's time for new plugs?

I replace mine yearly just to prevent them from getting stuck in the head. I'd replace them if I were you. It can't hurt anything, maybe some new wires while you're at it.

I couldn;t see why wires would go bad, especially MSD's they arn;t as old as the plugs lol i had magnecors but they melted haha. I'll go with the new plugs, anyone know what the part number for NGK TR%% IX plugs are for a 98 SS?

Could be a bad motor mount that's causing your motor to shake more than normal

go with some prothane motor mounts . about $60 and i think you can get from local auto store . they reduce the amount of vibration and can creat more power by rducing the amount of knowck . as far as plugs the tr 55s are the best for lightly moded engines . rule of thump is about every 100 horsepower go down a colder plug .
