Rev limiter... how to change or eliminate?

Default Rev limiter... how to change or eliminate?
I notice some of the time when I kick down on the car it will hit the rev limiter and stutter. Can this be raised or eliminated? Kind of annoying!

Yep, just find someone with tuning software.

Get your tranny checked, Sounds like its slipping, i.e. the band isnt applying fast enough.
