Question question for interceptor owners

I recently installed an Interceptor gauge in my Z28 (LS1, A4) and I'm getting a weird "fuel level/percentage" readout. It shows a number near "1000" on a full tank and then slowly goes down with the fuel level. I asked Aeroforce if this was correct (i.e., if the readout is meant to be translated to a percentage, like 1000 being 100% tank capacity and 640 being 64% capacity) and they only responded that it may not be a supported parameter. However, it does seem to correspond to the actual fuel level. Wondering what does anyone else's gauge read like?

Somebody reading this must have the Interceptor. Aeroforce only said that they'll "look into it."

I don't have one, but w/reviewing how the tank indicates, it's not perfectly linear. you ever notice how the gas gauge goes a while (maybe 80-100 miles before coming off full) and then suddenly drops to near half, sits there a bit and then drops again?

I have one and mine functions correctly. Although it doesnt read 100% when I have a full tank, its around 97-98. Have you set the annunciater incorrectly? Go through the installation manual and verify that your settings are correct. The only parameter that doesnt read on mine that I wish did is the oil pressure.

Thanks guys, I haven't set the annunciator at all... I thought that was only for use of the shift/warning light function?

Duffster, from what I understand the problem comes from the shape of the fuel tank. So the gauge tends to drop more quickly than you'd expect the farther down the fuel level goes.

You set that for the shift light.

That's interesting, if the Aeroforce gauge reads the tank volume. I was not aware it had this feature.
