Horn got wet, sounds weak now

Default Horn got wet, sounds weak now
Well, we had a LOT of rain and I think I hit a puddle and splashed it into my horn. It now sounds muffled/weak. I want to take it apart/get the water out. Where/how to do this?

My Horn blew out and I just had to go to the stealership and
get a new one,

it's under the passenger side headlight a little behind straight down.

I had one go out. It's pretty common. Low tone, I think. Do a search. Got one at Autozone and back in business.
