10 MPG...Why?
^^^^I'm in the same boat as you. I'm just a light bolt-on/geared LT1 and only get around 13-15mpg. I know that I need plugs and wires bad though. Gas mileage has gotten a little better since I did air/fuel filters though, since they really needed it.

something is a miss there! I'm running the stock 3.42's and M6 and some mild work done and just been tuned and I'm getting 18+ mpg city and 28-30 mpg highway. but the minute you start getting a lead foot there goes the mpg.

I replaced, o2sensors, only about 10k on them, Brand new plugs, wires have about 18k on them, msd wires. Fuel filter changed 2 years ago, air filter last year. Ran some injection cleaner through. I lost about 1-2mpg once i did the longtube/ory/ls6 intake install though, got rid of egr/air. Most people say your mileage increases when you do longtube, lol yeah right. I can't even get on the car due to the city driving, im at a stop sign or a light before you can hit 40mph. The car is tuned by one of the sponsors on this site so when someone can figure it out, let me know.
