Low Oil Indicator/Dipstick smells like gas.
White smoke from exhaust was present at engine start up for less than 2 minutes. The low oil indicator light came on than off during a 20 mile drive. The engine cooled overnight and when started in morning had low oil light on again. I added 1 qt. and ran engine to operating temp. Checked oil dipstick and noticed steam (blow by) coming up as well as tiny air bubbles on dipstick. Oil filler cap and dipstick have smell of gasoline. This engine only has 3000 miles on it. Head gasket failure? Or should I look somewhere else?

white smoke does indicate coolant in the cylinder thought if that were the case it probably would be missing. the bubbles might could of formed if you added too much oil. and as for the smell it could be a leaky injector

whitet smoke is antifreeze. open the hood while the engine is cold, unplug both sets of main coil packs so car will not fire up .
take off the radiater cap make sure its full of antifreze, and let a friend crank the engine whil you stand and watch the radiater.
while he cranks it and you see old faithful shoooting out of your radiater you got a good old blown headgasket lol if not most likely a sticking injector or o ring
