No start problem?
No start problem? Hi guys need alittle help here. I just got done doing a heads and cam swap on my 02z. Heres my problem when I go to turn the motor over I lose all power. So far I have check the starter wiring also I have looked over my grounds and they all look to be in the right spot. One thing Ive noticed is all the gauges sweep to the left when I loose power but the oil pressure gauge. It goes right I dont what to do. Any suggestions?

Ensure the positive and negative terminals and all power/ground leads are corrosion free and tightened up. I had this same problem when I had to put a new motor in my 99 V6. The accessories and lights would come on but as soon as I tried to crank everything went dead, and the gauges shot all the way up and back. Good luck.
