Hello everyone!

I just bought a brand new turn signal lever for '99 Formula. The old one was working fine but the white lettering is faded. I pulled out the old and installed the new one but it is not working right. I can not turn on the wipers on. I can not adjust the speed of the wipers like before (from lo to hi).

I feel that the lever may not be aligned right Any help, advice would be appreciated.
