Nope, no filter.

What do you mean, it does not blow hard?

If the A/C drain hole is plugged, the condensation might be dragging the fan motor down. Any water on the carpet?

just doesn't seem to blow very hard. Other cars fans are a lot more powerful. Nope, no funny noises or wet floorboards. How do I clean the ac drain hole? Thanks for the responses guys!

From what you've posted sounds like the AC charge could be low, then slowly the evaporator is freezing up, resulting in lower air flow? Does it start out strong? The condensate drain is on the firewall, passenger side of the car.

Posted about the same time - if it's on all fan settings regardless of settings it's just the way it is if not enough for you, or the fan motor/blower.
