Default Car at GM tonight

Hey my M6 02 camaro is at GM tonight to get a T-top seal installed tomorrow. My question is; while it is there should I ask them to tighten my parking/e-brake for $130 or can I do it myself without removing the rotors? I highly doubt anything is broken or worn with only 20,000 miles on it. Maybe you guys can save me some money like always

Yea I have no experience with epoxy or any clue how to do it. I got a discount on labor so it wasn’t worth the hassle to do it myself you know.

It is physically impossible to adust the e-brake without taking off the rear brakes and rotors. There are two adjsuter screws, one for each side, that are nested inside the drum that is integrated in to the rotor.
