Default Window wont go up.Help!

my gf's car's window wont go up. she said it happened yesterday. she got in her car, rolled the windows down and when she got home the drivers door was dead. doesn't do anything.her switch control works.everything works, but the drivers window. there weren't any signs of a the motor going bad or anything. it just died all of a sudden.I check the connection and wiggled the wires a bit to check if it was a bad connection and nothing. What do you guys think? Does she need a new window motor?thanks!

Replace the motor. You may be able to get the window back up by letting the motor cool for a few minutes and inching it up slowly after many rest periods. It's dead buy another one from autozone with the lifetime warranty and be done with it.

Yes they can-but so also could the window switch go bad.I'm just saying confirm the cause before you go and buy parts.
