Default ? about fuses

hey every1 i looked at my car and im missing 1 of my covers for my fuse box, with a few empty spots for fuses so im curious what they are for.

also what does STG WHL CNTRL mean? its on my inside fuse box

I'd imagine steering wheel control would be for the radio controls on the steering wheel? Not sure, just a guess.

EDIT: sorry, didn't look at the whole post, thats the fuse box in the engine bay it probably wouldnt be something like that.

no it my fault i shouldve explained better..
i was wondering if any1 has a pic of their engine bay fuse box cover cause i dont have mine
the STG WHL CNTRL is actually on the inside fuse box, but i dont have any steering wheel controls

Your car is a 98 and doesn't have steering wheel controls so these are not populated. This is not abnormal.
