window motor??

window motor??

when ever i try to close my drivers side window it goes up about half or sometimes 3/4 of the way up and it stops as if it has reached the top.. i then have to wait a few seconds before i try again and it goes up little by little.. its just random sometimes.. man its annoying!

Typical F-Body complaint. Mine does the same thing right now. Search around, lots of information about how to change them floating around on the site0

window motor is dieing, time to change for new one make sure to look for the directions from shobox, not to difficult to install a new window motor.

search the autotrix kit for $29 and you'll likely never replace it again, Cheap GM BS

Unfortunately that only works for the passenger side, if the driver has issues its usually a bad motor.

Here's a general how to OP for replacing it, its pretty simple if you have even basic mechanical skills.
