Default pop-from-dead stop

Hello, well it seems i may have a possible suspension problem. when i gun the car from a dead stop the rearend pops. sometimes on the right side some times on the left. sounds ugly. even when i am slowly turning then punch it.. it pops.? i know it could possibly be the exhaust hitting the floorboard( custom 3inch exhaust) but what else can i look for? the only stock suspension part is my torque arm and...10 bolt. everything is tight and oiled properly. also there is a lot of rattling in the rear cabin of the hatch over small bumps. it sounds like my rearend is loose. any help is appreciated Thanks

if you have aftermarket lower control arms it could be them. mine do it when they need grease.

everything is aftermarket except the torque arm, as far as suspension parts on the vehicle. i grease the bushings pretty consistently.
