car hesitates to start when cold like the title says, when i cold start my car it takes the starter more than 3sec to start in best case. most of the time i have to give the gas pedal a tap to get the car to start. i cleaned air cleaner, changed plugs, sea foamed injectors, and change fuel filter. any ideas guys? thanks
