Default Problem with o2 sim..

Here is my situation. Last year I had o2 sims on and passed my inspection..This year I went back twice to get it tested and failed both times. I started thinking the sims went bad because of a huge rainstorm i got stuck in last march. I bought new sims and put them on. took my car in for the inspection and since my guy is really cool he let me see the tester and i saw how there were 4 trouble lights flashing on and off so he tells me to drive for about 30 miles and they should go off. I do that, and got nothing. I start thinking it might be something electronic maybe the sims need to sync up. so i take my car home disconnect the battery and reconnect it. One of the warning lights went off leaving me with 3 still flashing. All i need is for one more of these damn lights to go out to pass! Can someone chime in with what the problem might be cause I did this last year and it passed the test with flying colors!
If it means anything I remember a couple of the lights flashing were the letter

you need to take it to a shop or someplace and have the codes read. From there you can fix the problem.

Thats another problem right there. Your PCM has to re-learn and can take around 30 miles or 30 minutes. It will fail in this re-learn mode I know this first hand.

Take your car to Autozone or where ever and have them scan it. Get the codes and look them up.

It took me alot longer to get my car through relearn but I also had a bad cat which slows down the relearn, cats are one of the last things to go through relearn so once you get down to 2 not readys it will pass inspection, you ( OP )said you had 3 not ready so you are close.

Anytime you have something that is borderline on the relearn ( my cat in my case ) it really slows down the relearn, if everything is perfect it goes quick. Seen this on multiple vehicles of different makes and models ( im a tech )
